This platform is based on the “Communication Capability Open Platform” of China Telecom. In order to meet the needs of rapid response, collaborative linkage, and efficient scheduling services nationwide, it constructs an intelligent, flat, and integrated command and operation platform. It realizes sensitive response, collaborative linkage, and efficient scheduling of emergencies, providing a cloud-based integrated communication “capability operation platform” for emergency preparedness and action across levels, regions, means, and channels.
