The park is oriented towards the Chemical Industry Park Management Committee, with a construction concept of “risk orientation, business collaboration, source control, and precise supervision”, covering core businesses such as park enterprise archives, IoT monitoring and early warning, risk and hidden danger dual control, closed park, environmental ecology, energy management, etc. It focuses on the “function” and “data” of safety supervision and management in the chemical industry park through advanced technologies such as Internet plus, big data, and the Internet of Things to build a civil defense, physical defense, and technical defense system for safety production management in the park. It solves problems such as safety information management, risk and hazard dual control, accident emergency rescue, comprehensive control decision-making, government enterprise civilian business collaboration, and information resource sharing through information management in areas such as safety production, environmental protection, security, emergency response, fire protection, energy, and park enterprise communication. It can strengthen management and service capabilities, prevent major risks, reduce the probability of major accidents, and improve the overall level of safety prevention and control in chemical industrial parks.。

The campus safety control platform covers campus security, fire protection, safety education, food safety, laboratory safety, traffic safety, emergency management and other businesses. It is supported by Internet plus, cloud computing, big data, image recognition and other information technologies to help the campus eliminate hidden dangers to the maximum extent, reduce accidents, improve emergency response capabilities, and achieve dynamic monitoring of campus security and comprehensive security management and control.

Laboratory safety assurance services，with risk assessment and insurance protection as the entry point, cooperate with the National Public Safety Technical Standards Committee, and rely on the Public Safety and Emergency Management Engineering Center of the Ministry of Education. It takes the international advanced EHS system and domestic mandatory management requirements as the starting point, absorbs the experience of Tsinghua University’s laboratory security system construction,builds Internet+ laboratory security management system, and focuses on online platform+offline services for a long time.
