Since the project is unique and specialize in public safety, the acceptance process involves the Macau Security Force Affairs Bureau, the Macau Civil Protection Center, and the Macau Police Headquarters. The recognition from all three parties serves as a testament to our outstanding performance and underscores our pioneering position in the field of public safety.

A system training is conducted through the Macau Emergency Command and Control Platform at least three times a year, reaching out to 30 civil defense departments in Macau. This training has significantly enhanced the collaboration capabilities of our clients, enabling them to respond to events such as typhoons and epidemics. Over the years, the project has also successfully assisted the Macau Civil Protection Operations Centre in managing typhons and natural disasters, as well as public health emergencies, over the years, greatly reducing loss of life and properties. The leadership of the Macau Civil Protection Operations Centre has repeatedly praised our Emergency Command and Control Platform.

The system has ensured a stable operation for six years and has provided continuous technical support, showcasing our expertise in the field. This consistent performance has solidified our indispensable role with our clients. Even amid complex domestic and international security challenges, the system maintains high security standards without any incidents, earning full recognition from users in Macau.
